Associate Pharmacy Technician at Providence St Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR.
Full-Time/Variable Shift
$5000 Sign-on Bonus for external eligible candidates who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.
The Acute Care Pharmacy Tech I performs duties relating to the filling and dispensing of unit dose and stock medications from the pharmacy to the nursing units and other ancillary departments in a prompt accurate manner. Fill/dispense oral and IV medications, triaging patient orders and maintaining the integrity of the automated dispensing system.

Required Qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma or GED.
- Oregon Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician upon hire or,
- Oregon Pharmacy Technician License upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training - Graduate of a Pharmacy Technician program.
- Inpatient experience.
- Previous experience with Automated Dispensing Machines (ADMs) and electronic health records (EHR)
