Overview As our Post Surgical Acute Nurse at St. Joseph Health Bryan, you'll excel in your nursing career by caring for patients admitted to our unit. St. Joseph Health Regional Hospital is a 260-bed non-profit facility providing quality health care to patients and communities in and around Bryan, Texas. As a level II trauma center, we are the highest-level major trauma center in the Brazos Valley. KR_TX_MS Responsibilities * Track routine heart rate, blood pressure, and pulse ox levels * Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation * Quickly report and address any changes in condition * Patiently and thoroughly explain tests results and procedures to patients and family members * Educate patients on post-hospital care, including prescribed medicine, care maintenance, and prevention We are offering a $20,000 Sign On Bonus in addition to relocation to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
