We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team. The Nurse Practitioner will work closely with our healthcare team to diagnose, treat, and manage various medical conditions, including those requiring urgent care.

*Duties:*
* Providing services to veterans
* Will be conducting C&P exams for veterans
* Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and develop effective treatment plans.
* Develop and implement health education programs for patients and families.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and care delivery.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans.
* Stay current with the latest medical research, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

*Experience:*
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
* Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team.
* Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Colorado.

*Details:*
* Full time contract
* Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
* Start date would be ASAP

Pay: $60.86 - $65.00 per hour
