Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to patients in an outpatient setting, focusing on various age groups.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

- Stay updated on best practices in outpatient therapy and implement them in patient care

Requirements:

- At least a Master's degree in Physical Therapy

- Licensure as a Physical Therapist

- Experience working with outpatient populations

- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and common medical conditions

- Experience in Outpatient Orthopedic setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients

Preferred Skills:

- Specialization in areas such as orthopedics or sports
