CareMount Medical is a physician-led multispecialty group that was started in 1946 by a group of physicians who wanted high-quality medicine closer to home. Today we have over 45 office locations from Manhattan, NY to below the Albany, NY region along the Hudson River Valley line. Our 650 employed physicians and providers care for over 665,000 patients across the region.
Position Highlights:
* Independent practice with a strong affiliation with local tertiary care hospitals that provide a
full range of ENT medicine
* Offices offer a broad array of state-of-the-art ENT equipment and services
* Robust in-house diagnostic testing facility
* Full complement of support teams to assist with patient care
Primary Responsibilities:
* Responsible for diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries of the ear, nose, throat,
pharynx, sinuses, larynx, thyroid, oral cavity, salivary glands, and esophagus
* Examines patients in clinic and performs surgical procedures as needed
* Consult with patients to understand their health concerns and perform specialized tests to diagnose and treat patients
* Consult with patient's primary care physician and other specialists

Optum NY was formed in 2022 by bringing together Riverside Medical Group, CareMount Medical and ProHealth Care. The regional alignment combines resources and services across the care continuum - from preventative medicine to diagnostics to treatment and beyond across New York, New Jersey, and Southern Connecticut. Required Qualifications:
* Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Otolaryngology
* Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process
* Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start
The salary range for New York residents is $ 399,516 to $ 601,667 per year . Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
