Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Moving Team Crew Lead to join our team The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of prior moving experience, strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Crew Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing moving operations, ensuring the safety and efficiency of each move, and leading a team of movers to deliver top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of movers to ensure efficient and safe moving operations.
Conduct pre-move assessments and communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
Plan and organize the logistics of each move, including loading and unloading trucks, packing and unpacking, and ensuring proper handling of all items.
Help train team members to maintain high standards of performance and customer service.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including trucks and equipment.
Qualifications:
At least 6 months of professional moving experience
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 100 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must be at least 18 years or older
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
