Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous experience in security or law enforcement earning a quick interview. Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
