The Opportunity:
We are actively recruiting a full-time (1.0 fte) Advanced Practitioner Float to assist with primary care access at our Wisconsin & Illinois clinic locations (WI: Monroe, New Glarus, Brodhead, Albany; and IL: Freeport, Lena, & Durand).
New graduate nurse practitioners & physician assistants are welcome to apply, and will be provided with a best-in-class onboarding experience & professionally supported by a dynamic team of physicians & advanced practitioners.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Daytime clinical hours, primarily Monday-Friday
- Outpatient-based practice
- Opportunity to pick up additional shifts or flex hours at Freeport Urgent Care
