Responsibilities:

Staffing/Scheduling for RCA's
Reviews ADL books for signatures and completion of care
Reviews medication books, ensures proper distribution and competed within state regulations
Coordinates PSP's and assignment sheets in Yardi
Coordinates QA meeting in conjunction with Resident Care Director
Coordinates family meetings with Resident Care Team
Assist with recruiting and hiring of RCA in conjunction with Resident Care Director

Requirements:

High School education or equivalent required
Medical Records or Medical Assistant Certification preferred
Experience in Senior Living
Knowledge of MS office
