Urgent LPN Position - Private Duty - Farragut, TN
G-tube Care
Location: Farragut, TN

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM

Adoration Health is urgently seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time position in Farragut, TN. This role involves providing dedicated in-home care for a patient requiring g-tube management.

About the Role:
Patient Care: Provide essential g-tube care and other nursing services in the comfort of the patient’s home.
Urgency: We need a dedicated nurse to fill this position quickly—your prompt application is appreciated
Schedule: Enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with daytime hours (7 AM - 3 PM).

Qualifications:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Must hold a valid LPN license.
Experience: Previous experience with g-tube care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practice
Provide patient and family teaching according to plan outlined by the RN
Monitor patient's vital signs and make specific measurements and observations
Monitor and record intake and output. Report significant changes immediately
Observe, assess and record patient's physical and mental condition and reports any changes
Administer medications as instructed and as ordered by the physician and instructed by the RN and document the patient's file accordingly
Attend and participate in multi-disciplinary patient case conferences, staff meetings and in-service education programs as assigned
Qualifications:
Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN license in good standing
Previous private duty, home health, hospice, hospital or skilled nursing experience preferred
Active CPR certification
Familiarity with electronic health records
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
