We are currently looking for an *LPN *to work 1 on 1 with a patient in _Newburgh, N.Y._

*Case Details:* 8 y.o. male patient, diagnosed with Seizures and G-tube. FAMILY PREFERS FEMALE NURSE ONLY

*Rate per hour: *$35/hour

*Shifts*: Wed-Sun 4 PM-10 PM

*Onboarding Requirements:*
* NY LPN License + Registration
* BLS
* Malpractice Insurance
* NPI #
* Physical and QuantiFERON within a year
* MMR Titers

*Skill Sets REQUIRED:*
* G-Tube experience
* Seizure experience
* Good with Technology
* Great bedside manners
