· Shift/Hours: 12 hours | Nights, Varied Days

*Requirements:*
* Current and valid North Carolina LPN(Licensed Practical Nurse) license required
* Minimum 1+ years of LTC/Rehab experience as an LPN within the last 2 years, no exceptions
* Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required
