We are searching for passionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. In this rewarding role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents, providing them with the personalized care they deserve.

What You'll Do:

Develop and implement individualized care plans based on resident needs and preferences.
Provide comprehensive nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and pain management.
Advocate for residents' rights and ensure their physical and emotional well-being.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, social workers, and therapists.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents and their families.

What We're Looking For:

Current and active RN license in good standing.
Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or a related field (preferred).
Strong clinical skills, assessment abilities, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with residents, families, and colleagues.
Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a focus on resident-centered care.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
