Job Title: LPN Med/Surg

Job Location: Bloomington, IN 47408

Job Type: Traveler - 13 weeks

Job Duties:
* Monitor patients’ vitals and record them in their files.
* Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bathing, feeding, and dressing.
* Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication.
* Update patient records in a confidential manner.
* Evaluate the patient’s well-being, reporting any needs to medical staff.

Job Requirements:
* 2+ Years of Skilled Long-Term Care/Transitional Care Experience
* LPN license – Required
* BLS, ACLS – Required
* COVID Card – Required or Medical and religious exemptions may apply.
* Travel candidate must be 50+ miles

Schedule:
* Day/Night Shift
* 36/40 Hours guaranteed in a week
* 3x12/5x8

Benefits:
