Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Worker who is proficient in using RF scanners to join our team. As a crucial member of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management and order fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities:

Utilize RF scanners to accurately track inventory and shipments.
Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
Perform quality control checks on inbound and outbound shipments.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and audits.
Collaborate effectively with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Worker with a strong track record of reliability.
Proficiency in using RF scanners for inventory and order processing.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role within the logistics or distribution industry.
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
