A dispatcher must ensure he or she follows the company mission statement and values.Essential Functions:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Answer and coordinate all phone and radio callsDelegate tasks between employees equallyRecord lost and found items and ensure safe storageFile daily paperworkMaintain a sense of urgency so units are turned on timeAssist in linen inventories and supplies as directedAssist in solving guest complaints promptlyMake guest deliveries as directedAssist resort guests and owners as neededExperience and Qualifications:Proven experience communicating effectively with guests, site staff, and associates by written and verbal meansProven experience with operations of office equipmentOther QualificationsBasic computer knowledgeSkilled performing multiple tasks at onceSkilled with making appropriate decisionsProven planning and scheduling capabilitiesAbility to read, write and do basic mathMust be available to work weekends and holidaysWork Environment:This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phone, copiers, faxes, and filing cabinets. This position will also work in an operations environment with odors and/or dust as well as cleaning and laundry chemicals.
