Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 2 - Multi-Service to join our team at Eating Recovery Center, one of the most comprehensive, medically supervised eating disorder treatment programs in the entire country located in Plano, TX.

 

The General Manager will be responsible for organizing, planning and executing the food and environmental services program for 3 locations. In addition, the ideal candidate will manage the nutritional standards of the programs we bring to market and build department collaboration. This role will have interdepartmental exposure and accountability to our patient programs and work well with a large management structure in the success of patient care. 

 

We are looking for candidates who: 

  • have oversight of day-to-day operations;
  • successfully coordinate all required tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline staff;
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals;  
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships 
  • ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance;
  • ensure Sodexo standards are met. 

The ideal candidate:

  • has a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
  • has culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
  • has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
  • can demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and
  • is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.
