Our client in the healthcare industry is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join their team. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be part of the administrative department supporting the medical team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Verifying insurance and collecting co-pays
- Maintaining patient records and updating information
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
