Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Franklin, WI is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a critical role in repairing and maintaining various machinery and mechanical/electronic equipment, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Job Title:  Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Franklin, WI
Shift: 3rd Shift 
Pay Range: $30-$40/hr.

What’s the Job?

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems
  • Complete scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) tasks
  • Assist with machinery and equipment installation
  • Assist with machinery, heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems and boiler operations

What’s Needed?

  • Two years of experience in Manufacturing Industry.
  • Food manufacturing preferred
  • Preferred Maintenance certificate or Associate's Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanical Maintenance
