We seek an experienced leader to manage a sales team focused on customer support, growth and strong relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong track record of sales leadership, portfolio growth, quota attainment, and key customer relationship management. Here, you will make an impact by:Managing staff to achieve corporate annual financial and strategic goals assigned to region care settingsLeading region to achieve strategic corporate goals which include sales force productivity, maximization of corporate contracts, sales and implementation of corporate initiatives regarding new products and programsModeling, Connecting, and Empowering individuals to achieve goalsManaging expenses within assigned region budget; ensuring operating margin goals are achievedManaging all administrative requirements of positionHiring, developing, and retaining high performing staffDriving Requirements:This position requires the use of a personal vehicle for company business and participation in Solventum’s Fixed and Variable Reimbursement (FAVR) program. As a condition of employment, candidates must successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review and maintain ongoing eligibility, including compliance with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off. Ongoing monitoring of motor vehicle history will be conducted.To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND seven (7) years combined medical sales and/or sales management experience in a private, public, government, or military environmentORHigh School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) AND eleven (11) years combined medical sales and/or sales management experience in a private, public, government, or military environmentIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Current, valid Driver’s LicenseAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Master’s Degree (completed and verified prior to start)Experience in marketing, sales training, or product development in medical devices and operating room appliances and instrumentsExperience with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience forecastingDemonstrated leadership, planning and organization skillsDemonstrated analytical, problem solving, project management and implementation skillsDemonstrated process management skillsDemonstrated relationship management skillsAdditional RequirementsIn this role, you may be required to enter healthcare or other third-party facilities. Those facilities may, in turn, require you to possess certain licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications (collectively “prerequisites to entry”) for regulatory, safety, or other business reasons. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
