Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer with extensive experience in JDA WMS and a strong background in Warehousing and Distribution. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 11 years of experience and will be responsible for managing projects leading development teams and ensuring the successful implementation of warehouse management systems. This role is crucial for optimizing our supply chain operations and enhancing overall efficiency.

Job description for Blue Yonder WMS Tester

• Strong knowledge in Warehouse management system processes and industry best practices.
• Strong experience in Blue Yonder WMS implementation Projects (8 to 15 Years), especially version 9.1 and above.
• Must have BY WMS Testing knowledge and should be able to handle project/testing role.
• Must have End to End Testing knowledge with other systems (SAP, WCS etc.)
• Must have experience in developing Test Plan, Test Cases and Test Scripts.
• Must have involved in User Acceptance Testing
• Experience with Automation Testing Tool ‘TOSCA’ to automate regression testing is added advantage.
• Perform detailed test and defect management to maintain high standards of software quality.
• Must have worked at least two Blue Yonder warehouse implementations.

· Must have worked on E2E testing for large projects in Supply Chain & WMS areas.

• Basic understanding of MOCA architecture
• Basic understanding of Oracle (SQL) DB knowledge
• Proficiency in end-to-end supply chain processes with strong business insight into Distribution/Logistics and Warehouse Management Systems is required.
• Familiar in cloud infrastructure and SaaS framework
• Deep understanding of business/processes and high-level understanding of high-quality digital product delivery
• Good in verbal communication and client facing skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000/Year to $130,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
