Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Customer Fulfillment Specialist to join their team. As a Customer Fulfillment Specialist, you will be part of the Supply Chain department supporting sales and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Customer Fulfillment Specialist Location: St. Paul, MN Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000 Shift: Daytime; Monday - Friday (Hybrid) What's the Job? Manage the complete order lifecycle to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction Enter, verify, and follow up on customer orders in accordance with company procedures Serve as the operational liaison within the Supply Chain team—interfacing with Sales, Production Planning, Warehousing, Logistics, Inventory Control, and Finance Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers, including replenishment and buying teams Investigate order discrepancies such as shortages, overages, or delays and communicate resolutions clearly What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field required Strong computer skills including MS Excel and ability to learn new systems quickly Comfortable working in a rapidly growing and constantly evolving environment Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting What's in it for me?
