Welder - Fabricator

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and fabrication, is seeking a Welder - Fabricator to join their dedicated team. As a Welder - Fabricator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Welder - Fabricator Location: Hokes Bluff, AL Pay Range: $18.00 - $24.00 Shift: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday - Saturday What's the Job? Perform MIG welding on various materials using 0.35/0.45 wire. Read and interpret blueprints and drawings accurately. Use a tape measure to ensure precise measurements. Operate overhead cranes to move materials safely and efficiently. Participate in weld tests, including fillet weld (T-Joint) tests, at designated locations. What's Needed? Proven welding and fabricating experience, ideally 4+ years. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Comfortable working with overhead cranes and measuring tools. Reliable and committed to quality workmanship. Willingness to work overtime, including some Sundays if needed. What's in it for me? Competitive pay based on experience ($20 - $25 per hour).
