Shift Mechanic

EDUCATION

Associate degree in Electronics, Electricity, Industrial Mechanics, Electromechanics and/or technical experience. Preferably with experience in the injection molding process, blow molding and automated processes.

 

Requirements

• Experience and knowledge in preventive and predictive maintenance of industrial equipment

• Handling of electronic tools and instruments (basic).

• Experience, repair, and replacement of high and low voltage electrical components (license)

• Basic knowledge of servo motors, frequency drivers, AC/DC motors, inductive-reflective sensors, and pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders.

• Basic knowledge of welding equipment.

• Knowledge of reading equipment plans and diagrams, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.

• Proficiency in repair and maintenance of rotating equipment such as: centrifugal pumps, vacuum pumps, fans, air handlers, cooling tower and extraction fans.

• Excellent personal relationships, written and oral communication.

• Knowledge of GMP good manufacturing practices.

• Availability to work Saturdays, night shifts and overtime.

• Willingness to be able to work by promoting a positive attitude and teamwork.

Técnico de Mantenimiento de turno.
EDUCACION
Grado Asociado en Electrónica, Electricidad, Mecánica Industrial, Electromecánica y/o experiencia técnica. Preferiblemente con experiencia en el proceso de moldeo por inyección, blow molding y procesos automatizados.

Requerimientos
•   Experiencia y conocimiento en mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo equipo industrial 
•   Manejo de herramientas e instrumentos electrónicos (básicos).
•   Experiencia, reparación y reemplazo de componentes eléctricos alto y bajo voltaje (licencia) 
•   Conocimiento básico de servo motores, “frequency drivers”, motores AC/DC, sensores inductivos-reflectivos y cilindros neumáticos e hidráulicos.
•   Conocimiento básico de equipos de soldadura.
•   Conocimiento en lectura de planos y diagramas de equipo, esquemáticos eléctricos, hidráulicos y neumáticos.
•   Dominio en reparación y mantenimiento de equipos rotativos como, por ejemplo: bombas centrífugas, bombas de vacío, abanicos, manejadoras de aire, torre de enfriamiento y abanicos de extracción.
•   Excelentes relaciones personales, comunicación escrita y oral.
•   Conocimiento en buenas prácticas de manufactura GMP.
•   Disponibilidad para trabajar sábados, tunos nocturnos y tiempo extra.
•   Disposición a poder trabajar fomentando, actitud positiva y trabajo en equipo.
