Job Description:

  • Performs janitorial and maintenance services within a multi building campus.
    • Maintain facility cleanliness in both office and warehouse spaces
    • Ensures common areas and break rooms are cleaned and disinfected daily
    • Ensures office areas are vacuumed daily
    • Ensures individual offices are maintained as needed
    • Ensures all trash and debris is removed daily ; opening, mid shift clean ; end of shift
    • Ensures all high touch areas are disinfected multiple times a day
    • M-F Daily shifts from 7am - 4pm

Desired Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $16.48 - $21.85. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
