Our client, a leader in manufacturing and engineering support, is seeking a dedicated Test Technician to join their team. As a Test Technician, you will be an integral part of the Manufacturing Support Department, working closely with engineering teams to ensure product reliability and quality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment. Job Title: Test Technician Location: FRANKLIN, MA Pay Range: $26.10-$30.77 Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd What's the Job? Perform functional testing and analysis of products to verify operation and reliability. Conduct diagnostic procedures and basic troubleshooting from design to assembly tasks. Analyze and troubleshoot failures using diagnostic software and test equipment. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, quality, and productivity. Maintain detailed test logs, identify failure trends, and escalate complex issues appropriately. What's Needed? Technical background with relevant degree or equivalent experience. Ability to move fully loaded board racks (up to approximately 800 lbs). Capability to lift and carry boards in EMC approved carriers (up to 6 lbs). Proficiency in using test equipment and understanding subsystem functionalities. Strong influence and mentoring skills to collaborate effectively with team members. What's in it for me?
