As a Armed Security Officer - Municipal in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a government location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government services location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document activities and notify appropriate personnel as directed.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and assist with visitor management in accordance with site-specific procedures.
- Maintain required armed post qualifications, equipment, and professional conduct standards while following applicable laws, regulations, and Allied Universal policies.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
