Job Summary and Qualifications

* This is a Full Time Day shift position, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm *  

The CT Supervisor will assist in managing the Radiology Department to achieve department goals.  They will supervisor employees, assist with schedules, technical procedures, quality assurance, staff development/education, and regulatory agency compliance.  They will effectively participate and promote Star Service Skills to include service recovery.

What You Will Do In This Role:

  • Supervises and coordinating of daily Imaging operations for departments.

  • Collaborates with the director to complete and maintain Imaging staff, ensuring adequate coverage is available at all times while effectively managing overtime

  • Assists in the hiring of new team members

  • Responsible for the orientation, education, and training for new team member and those that are cross training.  Works with manager for corrective action process (coaching, verbal, written)

  • Provide high quality diagnostic CT and Xray/OR imaging

  • Oversee daily shift operations and staff
  • Interact effectively with all Imaging modalities to improve work flow, patient communications, and customer satisfaction
  • Take appropriate measures to resolve customer issues and service recovery
  • Maintains records and documentation
  • Educates staff, patients, and family

What qualifications you will need:

  • Graduate from an approved Radiologic Technology Program
  • State Registered Radiologic Technician
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
  • MRT
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • 2 years of staff technologist experience required
  • Multi-modality experience preferred
  • Ability to listen, interact, and communicate verbally and in writing
