Job title: Chemist II
Contract on W2 for a duration of 12+ months
Onsite from Ohio 45150
Pay budget - $22 - $26/hr on W2

Experience required:

• 3-5 years 26/hr 1st shift 8-5
• Minimum Educational qualifications:
• Associate’s degree in chemistry

• Basic knowledge of chemical processes and laboratory techniques.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate and quality work.
• Ability to follow complex scientific procedures and protocols.
• Efficient organizational skills to balance multiple tasks and priorities.

• Conduct precise analytical testing on both organic and inorganic samples using standard methods like ASTM.
• Perform simple chemical experiments to support ongoing research and operational projects.
• Strictly adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
• Record and maintain accurate data from experiments to ensure consistency and reliability of results.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and stay updated with current industry practices.
• Prepare initial reports and assist in the compilation of findings for senior chemists' review.
• Collaborate with other team members to address challenges and improve testing methodologies.
• Manage and safely dispose of chemicals as per environmental and safety standards.
