Patient here stay anywhere from 4-8 weeks while in recovery from a variety of issues such as heart failure, diabetes, joint surgeries, etc. Staff members must be compassionate, motivated and dedicated to helping others in need.   JOB SUMMARY: Provides safe, age-appropriate patient care, assisting with Activities of Daily Living while maintaining a safe and clean environment.   REQUIREMENTS: Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School diploma: GED equivalent or High School certificate. Less than one year experience required. Hoyer lift and specialty beds; Basic medical equipment (scale, thermometer, etc.); Communication devices; Synquest and basic computer skills. GNA licensure and CPRcertification with American Heart Association(AHA) required.
