Our client, A food and beverage manufacturer?is seeking a Maintenance Planner?to join their team. As a Maintenance Planner, you will be part of the Supply Chain department?supporting plant production. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, troubleshooting?and leadership abilities?which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Planner

Location: Lawton, MI

Pay Range: Commensurate on skills and experience

What’s the Job?

• Responsible for maintenance of production and processing equipment, building maintenance and seasonal prep
• Maintain constant contact with production and processing supervisors
• periodically reviews the performance of each maintenance person and conducts personal interviews to review and improve performance
• Train mechanics in the proper set-up, adjustment, and maintenance of production, processing and seasonal support equipment and supervise them to accomplish maintenance requirements
• Establish daily objectives for crew and evaluate daily

What’s Needed?

• Minimum of four years of related, applicable experience with supervision of machine maintenance?
• Strong record of safety and continuous improvement in an industrial setting
• Demonstrated ability to safely work on and around complex, highly automated machinery
