We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Cash Management to join our Payments Enablement Platform Ops team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Design system enhancements and plan and conduct test programs of new software and hardware Partner with Information Services teams regarding the Cash Management processes and procedures Leverage analyses of the Cash Management workflow to design appropriate system enhancements Analyze results and feedback to determine effectiveness of changes and plan for future enhancements Collaborate closely with Information Services teams to design and implement system enhancements and improve Cash Management processes, procedures, and workflow Maintain an advanced, current understanding of Cash Management processes, equipment, and technologies used in the operating areas Serve as a top-level Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide guidance to less experienced team members Contribute to the achievement of team goals To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required 5-7 years of total work experience preferred Experience in bank operations preferred, including knowledge of downstream item processing Ability to provide guidance and potentially manage people in some geographies Prior experience leading projects and coordinating testing activities highly preferred At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at: BNY Newsroom BNY LinkedIn  Here’s a few of our recent awards:  America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025 World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025 “Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025  Our Benefits and Rewards: BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
