We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join their packaging department on all shifts, with the opportunity for full-time, permanent positions.
Position: 
Packaging Operator

Shifts:
3rd Shift Weekdays
3rd Shift Weekend 
Location: Wanamingo, Mn.

Pay Rate: 23.50 per hour

What’s the Job? 

  • Operate packaging machinery efficiently and safely to package baby formula products according to company specifications and quality standards.
  • Monitor the production line to ensure proper functioning of equipment and packaging materials, making adjustments as needed.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on packaged products to ensure they meet strict safety and quality requirements.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain product integrity and safety.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the packaging area and equipment, following company hygiene protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and performing routine maintenance tasks as needed.

What’s Needed?

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance is desirable.
