Reporting to the Executive Director, this position is responsible for the accurate, timely filing, collection, and management of all private pay billing. Assists in census tracking, all elements of the billing process and reviewing Medicaid and SSI balances to ensure compliance with State regulations. Will set up and maintain resident trust accounts as required.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience handling complex billing and collection issues
- Must be proficient in the use of a computer, Microsoft Office, processing spreadsheets etc
- Knowledge of Medicaid billing and compliance regulations is a plus
- Previous experience using an EHR (Electronic Health Records) system is a plus
Schedule: Full-time 37.5 hours per week
Compensation: $22-29/hr depending on experience
