Our client in the logistics industry is seeking a Warehouse Returns Processor to join their team. As a Warehouse Returns Processor, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting the returns process. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Returns Processor

Location: Liberty, MO

Pay Range: $18
Shift: 8am - 4:30pm 

What's the Job?

  • Receive and inspect returns: Unpack and examine returned items for damage, defects, and compliance with return policies.
  • Quality control: Assess returned products and determine their disposition (restock or discard).
  • Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and data entry for returns, maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
  • ASR communication: Work with the ASR for inquiries regarding returns, providing information and resolving issues as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff, customer service, and inventory teams to ensure a smooth returns process.
  • Maintain cleanliness: Keep the returns area organized and tidy, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
  • Continuous improvement: Suggest improvements to returns processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What's Needed?

  • Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment, particularly with returns processing, is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using warehouse management systems and basic computer software (e.g., MS Office).
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
