What you’ll be doing

Therapy

  • Participating in feedback for comprehensive psychosocial assessments.
  • Provide individual and group therapy.
  • Administer and score standardized psychological assessment measures including tests that measure intellectual and adaptive functioning and achievement.

Collaborating with Case Management Team

  • Participates in the Person-Centered Planning Process (PCP).
  • Meet with consumers face-to face for scheduled appointments and critical assessments.
  • Development & implementation of behavior support plans.
  • Participate in legal proceedings, petitioning, and testifying in clinical emergencies.

Coordination of Care to include the following;

  • Communication with internal/external bodies (CMH, guardians, advocates, etc.)
  • Assist with referral assessments and coordination.

Anticipated Work Schedule

  • Regular Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (flexible schedule available)
  • On-Call Rotation (varies by location):
    • One day per week
    • One weekend per month

On Call Compensation Rates

  • $50 additional for on-call duty Monday to Friday
  • $100 additional for on-call duty on Saturdays and Sundays
  • $150 additional for on-call duty on holidays

 

Job Requirements

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required. Candidates must possess or be in the process of obtaining one of the following licenses:

  • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW)
  • Licensed Psychologist (LP), Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP), or Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologist (TLLP)
  • Limited License Counselor (LLC) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
