Our client, a leading player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting a dynamic and efficient team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Southaven, MS

Pay Range: $16.75/hr 

What's the Job?

  • Operate dockstocker forklifts and other material handling equipment to support warehouse operations.
  • Perform tasks such as picking, packing, loading, and replenishing inventory.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve any operational issues.
  • Monitor work performance and provide feedback to improve processes and productivity.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume distribution center or large retail operation.
  • Forklift certification and experience operating stand-up dockstocker/reach 
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and nights.
