Job Responsibilities:
- The Product Engineer supports the F404 Assembly manufacturing processes, production readiness and ramp preparedness.
- Ensure expectations on safety, quality, cost, and delivery are met.
- Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy.
- Address product non-conformances, MRB & PR, repairs, and design change requests.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement manufacturing improvements and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with quality and design resources to support APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning).
- Present to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy .
- Explains technical information to others.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of Manufacturing or Manufacturing Engineering experience),
- Additional 3 years of Manufacturing or Manufacturing Engineering experience or GE Leadership Program Graduate in lieu of experience
