Resumen de funciones:

Ejecute la máquina CNC en un entorno de alto ritmo, configurando y operando una variedad de máquinas herramienta para producir piezas de precisión y usar instrumentos de precisión.

Horario del primer turno: 7 a. m. - 3:30 p. m.

Requisitos:

2+ años operando tornos o fresadoras CNC en un entorno de fabricación o reparación

Responsabilidades

Ejecute el torno Haas y la máquina equilibradora Hines

Recorte los impulsores y equilibre

Operación de máquinas o equipos: opere equipos y máquinas básicas y realice tareas de rutina.

Gestión de operaciones: llevar a cabo tareas operativas siguiendo los procesos establecidos.

Mantenimiento y reparación de equipos - Ayuda a mantener y reparar equipos mediante la realización de preparativos y la prestación de asistencia.

Salud, seguridad y medio ambiente: siga las instrucciones básicas de trabajo obligatorias para salvaguardar el medio ambiente y el bienestar de uno mismo y de los demás.

Cumplimiento operativo: siga un procedimiento obligatorio y sencillo para garantizar que el trabajo se lleve a cabo según los estándares de calidad requeridos y/o para garantizar el cumplimiento de los códigos regulatorios externos y los códigos de conducta internos.

Utilización de equipos de precisión: interprete y utilice equipos/instrumentos de medición de precisión, como micrómetros, indicadores de cuadrante y medidores de profundidad.

Instrucciones y dibujos: capacidad para leer e interpretar planos y tolerancias geométricas.

Comunicaciones internas: intercambie información con las personas teniendo interacciones corteses con ellas.

Otras funciones que se le asignen.

Horas extras según sea necesario.

Experiencia / Habilidades preferidas:

Comunicación verbal: utiliza habilidades de comunicación verbal claras y efectivas para expresar ideas y solicitar acciones.

Planificación y organización: trabaja con orientación para planificar, organizar y priorizar actividades para cumplir de manera eficiente los objetivos comerciales.

Salud y Seguridad - Aplica conceptos elementales para gestionar y aplicar sistemas seguros de trabajo.

Diploma de HS / GED y 3-5 años de experiencia relevante
