What You Will Be Doing:

The Trulite Plant Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining plant manufacturing machines and production equipment. Ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of equipment by:

  

  • Performing mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
  • Performing regular preventative and predictive maintenance (PM) on all facility machinery, equipment and plant facilities.
  • Communicating with operators from multiple shifts.
  • Resolving problems using working knowledge and solutions that improve operations and production of quality products and machine up time.
  • Developing recommendations involving new techniques, technologies, or concepts.

Skills You Bring:

  • 4-5 years maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing & production setting. Glass industry experience preferred.
  • Must be organized, have good problem-solving skills, able to work well under pressure.
  • Must understand the manufacturing process & theory.
