Job Title: Pantry Supervisor for Private Club
Location: Big Bay, Michigan
Pay: $15.50 per Hour

What’s the Job?
- Prepare complex bagged lunches for 15-300 guests. Make, and supervise staff, in preparation of lunches, menu planning, ordering, and food safety.
- Leadership, communication and ability to work well with others is required.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. 
- Portion and prepare food according to specifications.
- Assist with various kitchen tasks as assigned.

What’s Needed?
-Seasonal job, ASAP through summer months. 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day, shift times vary. Half hour lunch break  for straight shift,  if it’s a split they get 15 minutes. 2 days off a week, we try to have those days together unless requested otherwise.
- Room and board are available for $10/week. The housing is dorm-style so there would be a roommate and a shared bathroom. Not required to live on site but with the lengthy commute and high gas prices we do recommend it 
- Previous experience in food service preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
-Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
