General Machine Operator - Packaging Department (Days) - $22/hr
Reckitt, formally Mead Johnson Nutrition, located in Zeeland, MI, a major manufacture of baby formula, is looking for hardworking, reliable, and motivated talent to join their team. 
What's in it for you?

  • $22
  • Day Shift 6am to 6pm
    • will work on a rotating schedule
      • ​​​​​​​36 hours 1 week and 48 the next (5 on 5 off 2 on 2 off)
      • Must be ok with working every other weekend
  • Full time hours
  • Clean and safe work environment
  • Temp to Perm
What will you be doing?
  • Stand on production line visually inspecting product throughout processing/packaging processes
  • Operates equipment, including operating forklift while following all established GMP and safety regulations
  • Recognizes and reports safety, maintenance and operational variances to area management
  • Assist in trouble shooting with machines
  • Follows detailed SOP’s and batch records
  • Conduct various quality tests:
    • Proper blending
    • Correct temperature settings
    • Visual appearance requirements
    • Packaging does not leak
    • Necessary items included within product
    • Lids applied appropriately
    • Necessary dates applied to packaging
  • Sign off on batches as successfully completed
What do you bring?
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Able to work 12 hour shifts on a rotating schedule
  • Pass a background check and drug screening (NOT THC friendly)
