Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the development of manufacturing processes for classified hardware.
  • Lead and provide technical direction to projects with critical business impact.
  • Design and develop tooling concepts.
  • Provide technical guidance, direction, and mentorship to new engineers in function.
  • Drive rigor for documentation of projects and lessons learned.
  • Make recommendations after analysis of the data using quality tools.
  • Protect the Intellectual Property rights of the Company.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace, Materials Science, Chemical or related program
  • OR a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace, Materials Science, Chemical, etc.
  • Must be a US Citizen without Dual Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance

  • Experience operating within Quality Systems (Ex: AS9100, NADCAP).
  • Skilled in the use of CAD modeling software (Unigraphics preferred).
