Job Summary and Qualifications

The Nursing Supervisor manages and coordinates the implementation procedures that will benefit all patient care activities and the personnel who perform them, during evening, night and weekend shifts.

What qualifications you will need:

Licensure/ Certification/ Registration: Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)
Current BLS issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
Current ACLS issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred or working towards same.

Experience: Minimum of two years current Critical Care/Emergency clinical experience.

Special Qualifications: Nursing Supervision experience preferred.
