Working Foreman - Lead Crew Member

Our client in Green Bay, WI is looking for hardworking, motivated Working Foreman / Lead Crew Member to join their team. The Primary Duties will include: leading the staff on construction projects to ensure quality of work and timeliness of efficiencies.  They will ensure the quality of work and materials are held to standards of excellence. They are responsible for the operations on the site; ensuring that workers are installing materials, cleaning up, problem solving and/or reporting issues to the Project Superintendent, while adhering to the Safety Plan and maintaining excellent communication throughout the chain of command. Don’t wait… apply today

What will you be doing?

• Provide the leadership skills necessary to accomplish the work for the General Contractor by the Project Staff and to manage the day-to-day issues that may arise.
• Proactively identify issues that could lead to problems and facilitate solutions (for ex: weather, need a lift?)
• Overlook ALL work of the project. Is it complete? Is it done to the high-quality standards of Pro Foamers Inc.? Did you miss any work? 
• Communicate verbally to the General Contractor’s Project Manager and Superintendent that we are subcontracted.
• Ensure the Staff have proper equipment, materials, tools, etc. that are needed to get the job done.
• Ability to effectively communicate with staff on what is expected at the job site.
• Ensure the safety of Project Staff.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, truck maintenance, accidents.
• Be aware of all plans and specifications for the project, you will be onsite working and leading the crew.

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude
• 3 - 5 years supervisory experience - Spray Foam Application Experience is preferred, but not necessary.
• Must be able to lead a crew, project work and be willing & able to work on site to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Some overnight travel maybe required -  on occasion and depending on location
• Bi-lingual is preferred - but not necessary
