Our client, a leading logistics company, is seeking a Order Picker to join their team. As a Order Picker, you will be part of the order fulfillment department supporting the Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Wilsonville
Shift: Day shift 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Pay Range: $20.65 per hour

What’s the Job?
1. Perform the physical or administrative/physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of products, materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
2. Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintaining records of received goods, and rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary.
3. Lift heavy items and operate motorized vehicle equipment within the warehouse, including forklifts and cherry pickers.
4. Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped, post weights and shipping charges, and prepare goods for final shipment.
5. Examine, stock, and distribute materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines, and prepare kitting packages for assembly production.

What’s Needed?
1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience working in a order selection.
3. Proven ability to solve problems independently, with attention to detail, and strong organizational and documentation skills.
4. Knowledge and proficiency with computers.
5. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work mandatory nightly overtime.
