Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Test Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience in IoT Gateways Wi-Fi Cable Modems (DOCSIS/ RDK) and Customer Premise Equipments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing within the Telecom and Devices domain. This hybrid role requires excellent technical skills and the ability to work effectively in a day shift. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

Lead the testing efforts for IoT Gateways ensuring high-quality performance and reliability.Oversee the testing of Wi-Fi systems identifying and resolving any issues to maintain optimal functionality.Provide expertise in testing Cable Modems (DOCSIS/ RDK) ensuring compliance with industry standards.Conduct thorough testing of Customer Premise Equipments ensuring they meet all technical specifications.Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for all assigned projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and testing of all components.Monitor and report on testing progress identifying any potential risks or issues.Utilize advanced testing tools and methodologies to ensure thorough and accurate testing.Provide detailed documentation of all testing activities including test cases results and any defects identified.Mentor and guide junior team members sharing knowledge and best practices.Ensure all testing activities are completed within the specified timelines and budget.Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in IoT Gateways Wi-Fi Cable Modems (DOCSIS/ RDK) and Customer Premise Equipments.Have experience in the Telecom and Devices domain which is highly desirable.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.Show proficiency in using advanced testing tools and methodologies.Have a proven track record of leading successful testing projects.Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model and day shift environment.

Certifications Required

ISTQB Certified Tester Certified IoT Professional or equivalent certifications.
