Location: Whitehall, WV

Pay Range: $20/hour

What’s the Job?
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for helping others. Experience working with seniors is highly beneficial. This role involves assessing hearing needs, fitting hearing aids, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.

 What’s Needed?
       

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and consultations.
  • Recommend and fit appropriate hearing aids and accessories based on individual needs.
  • Provide detailed explanations and demonstrations of hearing aid features and benefits.
  • Offer ongoing support and follow-up care to clients, including adjustments and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
  • Educate clients and their families about hearing loss and hearing aid care.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in hearing aid technology and industry trends.
