We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for helping others. Experience working with seniors is highly beneficial. This role involves assessing hearing needs, fitting hearing aids, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
What’s Needed?
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and consultations.
- Recommend and fit appropriate hearing aids and accessories based on individual needs.
- Provide detailed explanations and demonstrations of hearing aid features and benefits.
- Offer ongoing support and follow-up care to clients, including adjustments and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Educate clients and their families about hearing loss and hearing aid care.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in hearing aid technology and industry trends.
