Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer multiple phone lines and log all attendance related calls
  • Operate and maintain an organized and accurate till
  • Assist with data entry and filing on a daily basis
  • Issue IDs, nametags, uniforms, and any other employee needs
  • Assist with conducting interviews for seasonal applicants
  • Assist with hiring by gathering and copying necessary documents
  • Assist with selling uniform items for team members
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Uphold the Six Flags’ Guest First Standards
  • Keep a regular, prompt attendance record
  • Miscellaneous duties deemed necessary by the HR Supervisors

Reports to: Human Resources Supervisor

Job Requirements, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Possesses or be pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
  • Have basic knowledge of amusement park operations with minimum one year experience preferred
  • Must be polite, well mannered, and uphold a positive attitude
  • Speak professionally with both Guests and Employees
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and a clear driving record
  • Able to stand, sit, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., reach high and low, and bend
  • Flexible schedule required including nights, weekends, and holidays
