What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead improvement initiatives and document as-is processes across the organization.
  • Support standardization efforts and alignment of business priorities across North America.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, including master data and technical configuration changes.
  • Facilitate user testing, training sessions, and post-change support to ensure efficient processes.
  • Support Quote-to-Cash and Supply Chain processes, including Quoting, Contract Management, Pricing, Sales Order Management, Billing Prep, Dispatch, Scheduling, Demand Management, and Truck Allocations.

What Are We Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Process Management, Operations, or related field, with at least two years of experience in process optimization, operations, or business management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), strong analytical and presentation skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in the heavy building materials industry (ready-mix, aggregates, or hot-mix asphalt preferred) and familiarity with basic accounting processes.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred), knowledge of global accounting or controlling, and experience with SAP (specifically in the Sales and Distribution module).
  • Ability to focus on results, controls, process efficiency, and standardization, with strong business process design and problem-solving skills.
